Implant reposition to below muscle
When breast implants have been placed above the muscle there can sometimes be problems with severe rippling or capsular contracture. When this occurs it is often necessary to replace the breast implants below the muscle with a breast implant exchange surgery. This will typically improve the result and minimize the previous complications.
Her first breast augmentation was done elsewhere and she flew in to have Dr. Brown perform a breast implant exchange with removal of all scar tissue and place new breast implants below the muscle.
