Breast implants settling
It is very common that the breast implants placed under the muscle will be high on the chest after breast augmentation. This will result in a fullness in the upper part of the breast that typically disappears as the breast implant drops into a better position. Some women will express concern about them being under the collar bones. See examples of how the breast implant may drop over time. The amount that the breast implants will settle will depend on the plastic surgeon’s technique and the woman’s genetic makeup. Some women will carry their breast implants very high because of the tissue strengths while others implants will drop very quickly. The plastic surgeon is an important part of the process but the women’s tissue are also very important.

She is very pleased with her breast augmentation. She is tall with a long torso. She carries her breasts in a low position but note that there is no lower pole fallout, just low breasts with skin stretch in the lower pole of her breasts.
