This woman has severe distortion of her breast mounds which were also hard. Her breast implants were above the muscle and had been in for nearly 15 years. She had her breast implants and all scar tissue removed and new breast implants placed below the muscle. Note that she still has a minor degree of upper pole fullness on the left profile view.
