Women with curved ribs
A common variation among women that is often overlooked when considering breast implants is curvatures in the the upper spine and ribs. These body structures serve as part of the platform or foundation that the breasts and breast implants rest on. These types of variations will influence how the breast implants project the breasts. Some variations project the breasts outward while others will project them inwards or both simply forward.
