This woman has a curvature in her spine which also influences the appearance of her nipples and areolas. Note how the breast implants have lowered her inframmary folds or breast crease to aide in elevating her nipples. She still persists with her inframmary fold asymmetry. Also note that she still has some very mild upper pole fullness caused by the breast implants.
