She also wanted a fuller rounder looking breast mound. She was so pleased with this result that she declined to undergo the breast lift. Notice that this is not what would be called a perfect breast augmentation but she prefered the lower look to the breast lift scars.

This woman declined a breast lift and prefered to have only a breast augmentation. She stated that the lower positioned nipples did not bother her. The scars were more of a problem than the resultant breast shapes. Some women do prefer this look to scars on their breasts.
