She has a relatively subtle preexisting breast shape asymmetry. Her left breast has more breast sag and a more defined breast inframammary fold (breast crease). She has a very nice improvement in volumes and positions of her breast mounds after her breast augmentation. Her nipple position asymmetry still persists
