This woman had a right breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy. She requested a breast reconstruction without using muscle flaps. She had a tissue expander placed. These before and after breast reconstruction photos depict the expansion phase as well when the breast expander has been overfilled to create more skin. The after photos demonstrate the nipple reconstruction as well.
