Breast lift 173
This women has had a massive weight loss after undergoing a gastric bypass surgery. She is requesting a breast lift. She had no breast implants. The amount of skin stretch that she had over the years has damaged and thinned her breast skin. The blood supply to the nipple was preserved as well as the nerves. Her natural tissues created all of her breast mounds. Please note how over time, her breast mounds have descended, even a bit too far (in Dr Brown mind). The patient has declined additional surgery on her breasts and is very pleased.
