This woman had a previous breast augmentation and presented for larger breast implants. She had had her inframammary folds (breast creases) released from her ribs and the breast implants have settled lower. Now she has the ‘double bubble’ on the underside of her breasts. You can see that it was partially corrected during the implant exchange procedure. These after photos are only two months after surgery. This crease should continue to resolve over time since it was released during the second surgery. She does not live in Virginia so no long term photos are available.
