She had severe capsular contracture of both breast implants that were above her muscle. She had her breast implants removed and all scar tissue removed. She had new silicone gel breast implants placed below the muscle. She had scar revision to her previous areolar scars.

She had a breast lift with breast implants done elsewhere and her breast implants failed to descend to the appropriate position secondary to scar tissue. She required removal of the breast capsule scar tissue and requested silicone gel breast implants. Her prior breast lift scars were not revised . The change in the areolas is secondary to the better positioned breast implants. She was very pleased with the improved look.

This woman had breast implants above her muscle. She requested an implant exchange. They were removed and repositioned below her muscle. These are now silicone gel breast implants. Note that the implant exchange result is not perfect but significantly better.

This woman had her breast augmentation done elsewhere. She presented with a capsular contracture of her left breast implant and requested removal of the breast scar tissue. She did not have her breast implants exchanged. Only the scar tissue removed and her breast implant put back in.

She underwent a removal of the scar tissue and no new breast implants were used. No surgery was performed on the right side.
