This woman elected to forgo a breast lift and decided to have a breast augmentation. She was willing to have a breast lift if her after breast augmentation look was not what she had in mind for her result. She was pleased with her breast augmentation and did not have a breast lift. Note how much her areolas where raised by the breast implants. She carry her breasts lower in order to avoid the breast lift.

This woman certainly could have elected to have a breast lift but was willing to have the breast lift after the breast implants settled into position if she was unhappy. She also wanted a fuller rounder looking breast mound. She was so pleased with this result that she declined to undergo the breast lift. Notice that this is not what would be called a perfect breast augmentation but she preferred the lower look to the breast lift scars.

Notice how her left breast is a bit more deflated and sits a slightly lower than her right breast. Now look at her after breast augmentation left profile view and note how she has a very slight upper pole fullness in that breast mound. Again, this is very slight and difficult to notice.

This woman is classified as a marginal candidate for breast augmentation. Her right breast nipple position is of greatest concern. At her physical exam and consultation she was informed of the differences between the breast lift, breast lift and augmentation, and the breast augmentation alone. She decided to go ahead with the breast augmentation. She is pleased with the result.
