A common variation among women that is often overlooked when considering breast implants is curvatures in the the upper spine and ribs. These body structures serve as part of the platform or foundation that the breasts and breast implants rest on. These types of variations will influence how the breast implants project the breasts. Some variations project the breasts outward while others will project them inwards or both simply forward. This can be appreciated in the before and after breast augmentation photos.

One of the most overlooked variations among women is their frame when considering breast augmentation. The shape and curves of a woman can have a dramatic effect on the breast augmentation photos. The women with muscular builds offer different concerns than some women. Placing the breast implant under the muscle does not necessarily cause problems. In fact, they usually have results similar to any other women. Properly sized and placed breast implants typically cause no problems to these women’s activities.
