Women considering breast implants come in all shapes and sizes. A woman can be all body, or all legs, or half and half. The women with long torsos may carry the breast mounds with implants slightly lower than other women. This is not noticeable in clothes and is typically not noticed since these particular women have always been shaped like this. However in the breast augmentation photos you should be able to identify the long torso. Some with long torso will still carry their breast mounds high.
