This woman wanted a restoration of her breast volume and to maintain her overall body physique. She did not want to have large breast implants. Because she had quite large breasts while breast feeding, her breast skin needed to be reduced inorder to prevent using too large of a breast implant for her. She was very pleased with her result.

She has had a nice rejuvenation of her breasts. She does not have the best tissue to work with and she has had a slight degree of descent. These before and afters depict how the breast implants will settle over time. In a bit more time the breast scars will become very difficult to see.

Her after photographs demonstrate how much the breast mounds will change over time. The early set of after photos show how the skin will be puckered early on. Note how over time the breast implants exert weight and pressure on the lower pole of the breasts and cause them to descend just a bit.

Note that she does have a left areolar asymmetry afterwards. She has declined the simple in office revision to improve this areola.
