An extremely thin woman with a nice conservative breast augmentation. The quality of her result is because she was willing to enjoy a breast enhancement that is able to still hide the breast implants. If she went with larger breast implants then she would probably have had a more unnatural look with a greater chance of implant rippling and show. You may also notice that her folds are a bit tight.
